WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Monday-Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. My hours are from 3:30p to 9:00pm currently.  I am off on Sundays & Thursdays as of now.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

I accept credit/debit cards, apple pay, cash app and venmo. Fees may apply*

CASH OR ZELLE ARE REFERRED.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?

  • Deposits are non-refundable and can only be transferred twice per month with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must do within 24 hrs of your appointment or the option to reschedule will not be available to you. You will then need to schedule a new appointment.​

  • If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24-hr window, you will be charged 50% of the remaining service fee.

  • Failure to show up nor communicate will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.​

All appointment confirmations are sent via email. Appointment reminders are sent 24hrs prior to your appointment via email as well or via text*

WHAT IF I AM LATE?

There is a $10 fee for late arrivals after 5 mins, and the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints, which will result in your lashes not being as full if you are getting extensions. Clients arriving 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients can disrupt the schedule for following appointments.

WHEN SHOULD I GET A LASH FILL?

Fills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks, anything after 3 weeks will be charged as a full set, NO exceptions. This can vary based multiple factors such as the natural growth cycle, medications, weather, and client aftercare.
*I require new clients to schedule a fill 2 weeks out. This length of time will help me determine how often you should get routine fills.

HOW MANY FILLS CAN I GET BEFORE I NEED A FULL SET?

Client must get a fresh full set after 3-4 fills. I will keep track of all fills and inform you when it is time to schedule a full set.

IF I MISS OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

Deposits are non-refundable, NO exceptions.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please DO NOT arrive to your appointment wearing makeup.  If you have makeup on or around your eyes or eyebrows, a lash bath fee will be applied to your service.

WILL YOU MAKE EXCEPTIONS ON YOUR AVAILABILITY?

Yes, there are fees involved. I charge a $45 fee for work outside of my regular hours and on my days off (Sunday and Thursday), unless I specifically offer this to you. If approved, the fee must be paid when we schedule the session. Please note that this will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as I may not always be available during those times.
