COVID-19 /Flu questionnaire must be submitted prior to appointment - (Health Form Tab)
Please put your phone on vibrate & be prepared to unwind, relax, chat, or have a lash nap.
Specialty sets (glitter, color, & decals) should booked as additional service.
Full color sets (brown) will be booked as wet sets if you don't want it as volume.

Booking Ex: Wet Set Lash Extensions + Full Color Set (additional $12)
MUST schedule a removal & new set if you want to change your current set. (Ex: Classics are on, it's time for a fill but wants Hybrid for fuller look)
No caffeine prior to appointment.
Extra guest are not allowed unless discussed & approved before appointment.
Children under 16 are not allowed, unless you are a lash client with a guardian’s approval.
I ask you are free of facial oils, all makeup, moisturizers, mascara, contacts etc. it is only for the length of your appointment. A fresh & clean face is vital, if not you could be turned away.
Routine lash flll ins should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks, anything after 3 weeks will be a full set, NO exceptions. You MUST have at least HALF of your lashes to be considered a fill. It is vital you schedule your fill in the length of time I suggest to avoid paying for a full set at an expected fill in appointment.
If you are unsure if you are a fill please schedule a full set just in case for timing purposes.
Mini fills are fulfilled up to & no more than 8 days after initial appointment.
If you have a fill scheduled & become a full set prior to your appointment, please inform me.
Regular/loyal clients are very important and a priority, if you do not see a time available that you may need, please contact me.
Books are open on the 21st of every month for the following month unless stated otherwise.
Masks are optional & can be provided upon request.
In the suite we will continue to implement our disinfectant protocols under the procedures recommended by the Government.
